HOW WE BEGAN
MJ’s Staffing is a Hispanic-owned staffing agency run by Sergio Preciado M. What started as a vision for him became a reality in April 2019, in the small rural city of Siler City, NC. Sergio, along with his family, were in desperate need of a change. He was tired of working for companies that did not see his value, effort, availability, and most importantly his loyalty to said companies.
Sergio knew his background in the construction field as an electrician and former plant manager for a lumber company, along with his communication and negating skills, were valuable assets. He wanted to put them to better use.
One brainstorming with his wife led to the beginning of the staffing business. Top insurance companies closed many doors in his face due to his lack of experience in the field, yet he did not give up. Then one day, one company believed in his goal with MJ’s Staffing Inc. and was able to insure us with all the requirements needed to start the business.
OUR SERVICES
MJ’s Staffing Inc. specializes in staffing professionals for both manufacturing and construction industries, mainly concentrating on the construction industry. Our clients' needs range from general to skilled laborers, and we staff several other professionals, e.g. flaggers and lift operators. If you’re looking for someone for a punch list, a carpenter, or just someone to clean up some clutter, MJ’s Staffing will have your back. We provide construction cleaning, including pressure washing and final cleaning, for a variety of building types – apartment complexes, warehouses, hospitals, restaurants, etc. MJ’s Staffing understands that finishing post-construction cleaning on time is paramount and that’s why you can rely on our quality staff and work. We offer our cleaning services in three phases – Rough Clean, Final Clean, and Puff Clean, and we also offer one-time or recurring cleaning services. Our pressure-washing services are performed by a high-quality crew that will ensure your property surfaces are free from dirt, dust, and mold.
OUR LOCATIONS
We currently have two locations – one in Siler City where the company was originally founded, and another in Asheboro where we were able to expand our business to keep up with the ongoing demand for our services from clients around the area.
